The constraint in the DVD spec is that no VTS should exceed 1GB.
The workaround is to
use tracks instead of menus, and add buttons Interactive Markers). Be aware, though, that it is not legal in the Spec to jump directly from Video domain between VTSs without first going to the Menu Domain, even though DVD SP will let you do it.
Instead, attach scripts to the buttons to do the jumps - plus you can set selection conditions and other nice stuff.
